Need To Lose Baby Weight? Then Do I Have The Give Away For YOU!

I don't recommend things that don't work or I don't like.

I don't want to waste my or your time.

I have been known to send PR ladies awkward emails telling them my kids thought their product was pretty crappy and we wouldn't be writing about them on the blog.  Embarrassing.

So it's with great relief that I can honestly say I am head over heels in love with The Healthy Mummy smoothie range.

Rhian from Lose Baby Weight contacted me after I had Holly and asked if I was interested in trying her products.

I was very rude and didn't get back to her for months.

Let's just say it might have been right after I had a rather nasty incident in a store change room involving a fat ass and a pair of skinny jeans. If the jeans could have screamed "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllp meeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" they would have.

Denial is not just a river in Egypt.

Belly Fat, Lose Baby Weight, post baby belly

So let's cut a fat story thin.

I've been having the smoothies for breakfast and lunch and following the snack and dinner ideas from The Pink Weight Loss Bible for the last 4 days.  The only exercise I've been doing is walking the dog (warm dog poo is revolting) and some of the core strengthening moves in the morning.

I've lost 5cm off my waist, my face is thinner and I feel pretty damn good.  The smoothies are packed full of fibre so you don't feel hungry or bloated.

Want to try it yourself?  Head over to The Healthy Mummy or Lose Baby Weight websites to get more info on the range.

I think my sob story is pretty self explanatory - I'm about to squeeze out my third baby then rejoice (read: despair) in wobbly bits and jelly bellies and saggy boobs and SOB! x

I had my daughter 18 months ago and I still can't shift the extra 15-20kg of baby weight I gained. I would love to be able to fit into my 'skinny' clothes before we start trying for baby #2 in December! I'd also love it for my toddler to stop pretending my mummy tummy is play dough :/ lol

On November 8 2000, Joyce Brenda Marie was born and lived 45 min. We knew ahead of time she had a fatal birth defect, we just didn't know how long or if at all we would be blessed with her company.

Six weeks prior during an ultrasound they told me she was a bit over 2 lbs, which wasn't good. I ate a huge bowl of Mayfield chocolate marshmallow Ice cream and gained about 30 lbs! She was over 6lbs when she was born and very beautiful! I feel very blessed to have had such an amazing daughter. She fought a 90% chance of dying daily to live to be born n share her family's love with her for 45 minutes, some of the most treasured moments of my life!

In November 2002, I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and given a 40% chance to live 5 years. The chemo was suppose to take 5 months but my health was so poor it took 9. At times I wanted to give up but I remembered her fight!

After everything was over, I had no short term memory-I asked my children if they had done their homework 6 or 7 times a night cause I couldn't remember having done it. I gave in and waited to die--but I didn't and again Joyce inspired me!

I started college, received two Associates in 2011 and should receive my Bachelors in the Spring of 2013. I'm on the Deans list!

I have lost 45 lbs in the past year. I want to lose more and feel this will help me be prepared to go back to work!

I had my second son six months ago and although I'm breastfeeding, I weigh more now than I did after I had him! I need to shed this weight so that I can keep up with these rowdy little men!

I had baby number three nearly two weeks ago.
It's an utterly hopeless situation. All my 'weight gain' was allegedly 'all baby', my stomach tongue says otherwise.
I wake up everyday and want to cut the excess flap off, and what doesn't help is Hubby telling me he thinks I look beautiful regardless of said flap. Yes, he acknowledges I have a tummy tongue and instead of making me feel better, you know with his unconditional love, he's making me feel worse. I know I'm never going to be in a bikini again, but it would be nice to only have my underwear covering my hoo-ha and NOT my stomach!
Hahaha.

When I was 18 I spent 2 weeks in hospital with severe glandular fever and lost a lot of weight in that time. But once I'd recovered the weight I'd lost plus a bit more came right back on. I managed to lose some, but again it came right back after I got married and settled dowm. After I had my first child, while still being overweight I held out okay, until she stopped breastfeeding at 9 months old when I suddenly gained over 15kgs. I was the heaviest I've ever been. Then literally a month after I got my butt in gear to start to start loosing the weight I found out I was pregnant again. My son is 12 months old and still breastfeeding, but I'm living in fear of what's going to happen when he weans! I DO NOT want to balloon again, pleeaase help meeee!

All too usual sob story. Lost baby weight easily after baby number 1 and even lost 5 extra kilos - winner! Got pregnant with baby number 2 when baby number 1 was 8 months old - eek 17 months apart HELP! Lost some of the baby weight through breast feeding but then got super lazy and super tired and baby number 2 woke 6 times a night for moths and months and months and bang I now weigh 10kgs more than after baby number 1. Going back to work part time in less than 2 weeks after almost 3 years off on maternity leave. Feeling like a blob and not sure where to start to get the weight moving. Could really use a kickstart!

I have 4 kids 13, 11, 7 and 4. After every child I said I would loose the weight I gained while pregnant. Sadly that never happened. I just got bigger and bigger. A good deal of the weight migrated to my tummy. Now even though our family is complete I'm constantly being asked when I'm due. Very embarrassing explaining that I am in fact not pregnant.

I lost 4 kg just before our wedding in September last year, and since then I have lost all motivation to go to the gym! Home life is crazy and I started a new job this year, so all that hard work last year is back on my thighs :(
I'm all for trying anything that's safe and healthy, and works!!!
P.S. Congratulations on your own weight-loss :)

I had four single births in just under 4 years. Yes, Im stupid and crazy!
My youngest was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis when he was 4 weeks old.

The biggest learning curve of his diagnosis was the specialised diet. High fat, high salt, high energy food!
It's drummed into you from such a young age that everything should be "LOW FAT! LOW SUGAR!" and suddenly I was finding myself eating leftover chicken nuggets that have been heavily covered in oil, butter and salt. When at the shops its like "Sure, you can have a chocolate bar or bag of chips for a snack....you know what...Mum will too!"
All of a sudden my bum has ballooned and I am struggling to see my toes over that friggin apron fold!

I have managed to lose 10kg already, but I have another 25kg to go before I am allowed to have surgery for a breast reduction. After 4 kids in that time frame, my bras and shoulders are screaming "HELP ME!"

My 2nd baby has never slept through the night - he is now 13 months and I get up too him 3-4 times a night to resettle him. His favourite nightime game is lifting up my top and pinching my belly.. bub-bub he says. Yup thats right lil man bub-bub is the fat I can't lose because you stretched it out like crazy and I can't seem to tame that muffin top that is a full size tyre.

The love handles! No one ever told me that after four babies everything would settle on my hips and forever bulge over my pants! It's not pretty!

Oh, would love this, and clearly, I need it, as I just wrote a whole blog post about how my husband thought the earthquake we had here in Victoria last night was merely me walking on the floorboards above our bedroom, thanks love!!

Hi!

I would love to try The Healthy Mummy range. I've been a fan of their facebook page for ages.

I had my third baby three months ago. I had them all so close together that I've never had the chance to lose the baby weight. I'm starting to resemble the Michelin man around the middle. I don't have a lot of help or time as my husband works in another state for weeks at a time.
I'd love to surprise him with a fitter, fabber me when he comes home next time.

I've got a food baby... That counts right? In the last 4 weeks I've put on as many kilo's... Eeeeeek! During that time, for hardcore allergies, I've been wheat, dairy and sugar free. What the? A few days ago I thought 'eff it', I'm getting fat and I'm being a pain in the arse... So I started on the unrestricted diet once more. I also bought a mattress protector and some new allergy free pillows... and voila! No crazy rip off my nose mornings. But now I'm left with these spare tyres. Help!!! Please....
